Anh discovered her love for bodybuilding at just 17 years old, and by 2019 she stepped fully into her purpose as a coach. She is a certified personal trainer (ACE, currently renewing through NASM) and a certified Sports Nutritionist, blending science-backed knowledge with intuitive, experience-driven coaching.

With over a decade in the fitness industry — from supplement expertise to hands-on training, mentorship, and custom nutrition — Anh has transformed thousands of lives. Her mission is to bridge the gap between physical discipline and spiritual alignment, becoming the missing link so many people need in their journey to becoming their strongest, most grounded selves.

Anh earned her IFBB Pro Card at only 23, a milestone that shaped her identity as an athlete and leader. After eight years of evolution, healing, and growth, she will return to the stage in July 2025 with a renewed purpose and deeper vision.
